What I know best out of my experience, people learn exceptionally well when the environment is natural, provides a well-balanced space for the development of intellect, spiritualism, aesthetics and physical and mental strength. 

It helps students understand the nature of knowledge–its types, fluidity, uses, applications, opportunities for transfer, etc. and it helps the learner to experience disruption in its own patterns and practices and values.  This place must produce students who can think critically–about issues of human interest, curiosity, artistry, craft, history and more–and then do so. AND that’s what we are doing at G D GOENKA.

The education that prepares a child for competition is not a true education, it can’t be for it, because it has to prepare the child/learner for reaching his/her potential. It should be instrumental to be the best version of self. My personal belief is that the world is moving away from a risk-averse mind-set of ‘getting a government job, to a more entrepreneurial and dynamic perspective. This cannot be nurtured in a day, so we have adopted an inclusive approach. For me, an ideal school environment recognizes that student success is a complex goal to achieve. This Chronicle showcases the hard-toil and colossal efforts put by our teachers for the learners on roll.

Trust and parental participation are also features of a successful school. Trust between all parties of the school community is vital for enhancing the school’s effectiveness because it supports the prospect that parents and teachers believe in each other’s motives and actions.
